CompoCell Fixgrid-CMPST-90
The nodes of our cutting-edge Compocell are made by precision injection molding, forming a 90° angle between two adjacent strips at each node. This angle is transitioned by a rounded arc, cleverly designed to prevent stress concentration. Once deployed, the Compocell retains its shape without any retraction, allowing for minimal or even no edge fixing and virtually eliminating tension.
This innovation ensures that the geocell filler is distributed evenly, with no unattended
spaces, thus overcoming the limitations of inadequate manual tensioning. This approach
not only enhances the reinforcement effect of the product but also enables effective control over the reinforcement capabilities of the geocell product.
